The US government is already assaulting reporters. That poor man in Montana was body slammed just for asking a question. This video is just one step closer to the government killing them. He is already singling them out on MSNBC. I bet Joe and Mika have full time security now. Luckily they can afford it. A NYT or WaPo reporter surely won't be able to.

if CNN is more worried about a joke meme than their journalistic integrity at this point then they really are fake news. theyre playing the victim hard core to deflect how fake theyve been.

It is not my book of rules or anyone else's. It is 250 years or history and tradition. I know you guys want to blow all that upp, but I don't agree.

I think Trump is smarter than people give him credit for.. For instance, that insinuation that there might be recordings of the Comey stuff (there wasn't) forced Comey to tell the truth instead of getting revenge on Trump for firing him.

I think Trump made this little attack on CNN to see how they would react to being attacked. They took the bait hook, line, and singer and whined about it on a grand scale. This exposed the hypocrisy of CNN.

Trump may be smart, but I think you have the Comey Tape thing all wrong. The best explanation I've heard is that Trump was taken aback by the level of detail related in the first NYT article regarding the "loyalty" dinner. That made Trump worry the Comey had taped him, not realizing that Comey was relying on contemporaneous memos. He put that tweet out to see if Comey would leak the tapes. That's why he waited so long. Once he was convinced that Comey had not taped him, Trump realized he could lie about what was said. It is just a theory, but makes more sense than yours. Why would Comey lie before Congress when he had discussed what was said with his colleagues long before he knew he would be fired? Comey is a lawyer. He would not risk perjury charges that could be proven by a third party.
