Actually.. Putin has shown great restraint. In regards to the Crimea.. the Crimea is an island off the coast of the Ukraine that was in a severe crisis bordering on civil war. Nobody within the Ukraine was able to contain it from getting out of control. Putin did.. and stopped.
The Crimea is but 1 of 30 regions that make up the Ukraine. By the way, the last time we heard of the Ukraine it was when a guy POISONED HIMSELF and blamed it on Russia, to generate support and sympathy for an election - which he won. It wasn't until AFTER he won and recovered that it was determined that he poisoned himself. If someone dares to refute that, I can take the time to dig it up. -

So, the silence speaks volumes on "Putin restraint," and we are left with his legacy, caught red-handed supplying Ukrainian separatists with heavy weaponry that not only ignited a larger-scale conflict between the two sides, but cost hundreds of innocent lives from the Malaysian flight, as well as from the international peace-keeping force.
