      More to this story:

      https://archive.is/IYCd6#selection-4061.138-4061.245

“They have had people walking around with sticks and baseball bats late at night causing property damage,”

So now students are going around with baseball bats and smashing shit.  Can someone say brownshirts????

The more liberals stay silent on this story, the more damning it is.  It's time to disavow liberals, for your own good, lol!  Do you really want to let these literal fascists show the country what your platform truly means?  YOUR SILENCE IS DEAFENING.

As it always has?  Liberals in the 40s:

As much as I want to sympathize on with Bret Weinstein, I don't.  He talked about his progressive values on Tucker Carlson, Twitter, and to the New York times, but those progressive values are what gives us identity politics that created this mess.  Some of the responsibility is at Weinstein's door bc the ideology he supports inevitably leads to this.

those students are behaving exactly as they have been trained. expect more of this from other colleges.

Didn't the state congress pass a vote to defund the college in the last couple of days?

That would be a relief if true, but I sincerely doubt it - it's Washington.

I saw something on YouTube, that talked about losing $26 million.  I'm not sure if it actually happened or just purposed.

probably still in the works but likely to happen. i dont see the students toning things down anytime soon and by that time funding will be gone

Here's the video you guys mentioned: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZmJgWjBIXI

The gist of our conversation was that there need to be some consequences that are swift, and I don't know if severe is the right word, but certainly more than a slap on the wrist for those who were very disruptive to the campus. These things have a tendency to take on a life of their own. You look at the number of students who were involved in this. It's 25 to 30, out of a couple of thousand of people, that unfortunately make things much worse.

So it sounds like the threat to defund the campus was more symbolic, and force the administrations hand to take action.

Also, liberals still silent on this issue.  Not one is going to weigh in, really?

Not the video I was talking about, but it seems to be the latest one on the topic.

It's sad how liberals still refuse to accept the privilege blacks have and how it's institutionalized.
