It's odd that you are allowed to not like/agree with black people and women, but when I do it I'm called a racist and a sexist.

It is identity politics.  You people claim that harassing a person is hatred of everything under the sun (inter-sectionality).    You can't see it as not liking the person because of their character.    Of course this only applies to your "enemies" and not to you.
