Hillary setup a private email server in her basement and later deleted the records

Kushner is being accused of setting up a secure communication method outside of US government protocol that will leave no record of the communication.

      It's the same thing.

No, they are not the same.  Kushner's secure communications ideas were designed exclusively to partner with Russia, an American adversary.  From Russia's perspective, this would be a huge gift, fostering secret talks in which our dummies, no doubt, would turn over even more leads and classified information (ISIS-Israel, only the start).

Meanwhile, the Trumps, believers in personal wealth above country, would have an unfettered path to illegally gain advantages for their family's present and future business dealings in Russia.

Instead of comparing apples to oranges at this early stage, let's see where Donald, Jared and the extended Trump machine end up, once the slew of investigations and hearings weigh in.  There's so, so much more yet to come.
        ..

You are right.  They are not the same..  What Kushner did was much worse.  There was no ill intent in what Hillary did.

Uh… methinks you are making an ass out of yourself.. again.

Even if we assume that the story about Kushner is true, he didn't DO anything.  All it claims happened is that Kushner suggested an idea, that was not ever put into action.

            Are we now criminalizing suggestions?

Here's something criminal.. Right before the election, Bill Clinton having a private conversation with the U.S. attorney general for half an hour just as the Attorney General is supposed to be deciding whether or not to file charges against his crooked wife "Slippery Hillary".

Frederick, it sounds like you are starting to acknowledge that the Trumps did collude with Russia.  Even just the fact that he was going to do it shows just what a slimeballs this members of this family are.

And yeah I know….I will save you the trouble of replying.

What is your obsession with Hillary?

By the way, it fascinates me that I post a message which clearly explains that there was no collusion, and you blatantly misrepresent my message and say I'm acknowledging that the Trumps did collude with Russia.

Don't ever do that again.  :fight:

                  Blah blah blah Hillary!
                  Blah blah blah Bill!
Blah blah blah we have no other defense for the growing evidence against the Trump administration- let's use the Clinton shield again!  ::)

It gets tiresome engaging in these threads when the go- to defense of the other side never changes.  😛

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

ALL past Presidents have had back channel communications. So what? Especially when privacy is needed amidst all these leaks. Keep DREAMING, we all know you want SO BAD to believe Trump will be impeached. It's called PROPAGANDA, and you're the victim!!!  :blownose:

Joy-Ann Reid talked about this on "Meet the Press" just this morning

"So in December, the now president-elect decides that he is going to name Jim Mattis to be his Secretary of Defense," Reid said. "But he doesn't open a back channel. He [the president-elect] sends his real estate developer son-in-law, supposedly, decides to open this back channel, not just – and it isn't a back channel by the way because this isn't how it works -- you don't go to the adversary country and say let's set something up inside of your secure facility, in your embassy, so that we evade our intelligence services, sorry, set it up in your secure facility, which even takes them aback. Because that's bizarre, the idea that we are going to do this on your facility. And you send them to do that without Jim Mattis, the real estate developer who has no foreign policy experience whatsoever. And then, if it is a channel about opening up negotiations to do something with foreign policy, why are they also back channeling with a bank, a Kremlin-connected Russian bank. And why is the Reuters report saying that part of the discussion was the possibility of opening opportunities for financing for Trump-related ..."

Trump will likely be impeached for abusing the powers of the president. He has blamed the constitution for his failures in his past 100 days:
