What Is a "Lamp" Icon?

Found a lamp icon at the bottom of one of my posts, but had never seen one before and don't know if it's something automatic, or posted by another member? Is it an icon I could add to someone's post if I found it illuminating? LOL! Thanks in advance for any wisdom. flozen

If you click on the little lamp icon on the bottom right of the post, you can leave a lamp
