The main story line is the same all throughout the different versions of the game. The reason why there are so many versions is because there are bonus dates/bonus characters (for the side plot line) which have been added at later dates.
My recommendation would be to download the latest version which should have the entire main storyline and all the bonus dates that have been added so farHope you enjoy the game man

I enjoyed this game, as it wasn't as ridiculous as a lot of other gay dating/sex sims are. Wish there were more games like this.

I know right? Actually there's a lot of gay dating sims like this but not everything is up to CooT's caliber, I think. I enjoy gay visual novels with good plot. My favorites are Brad, Phil and Amos though ;D

Judging by the game's updates page, it looks like the updates add some bug fixes and bonus dates. They should all share the same basic gameplay/storyline.
The newest available version is 1.5. -

Brad is a fantastc character, i loved every part of his route. -
Highly recommended, and the price is very accessible (especially judging by the replayability and sheer volume of romance options you are getting.

I can't wait to log a good 30+ hours on the Steam version and get every achievement (hope there are some!) just got awhile to wait.

"Who We Are Now" is a game quite similar to this one thats coming out soon. You can play the demo on their website. Give it a try! I thought it was enjoyable.

highly recommended, well worth the asking price. The game has literally hours of fun in it. You will need to replay the same romances to get to all the different endings, the photo book helps you track which options you have still yet to discover.
NPC's change according to your actions, so even if you know how some people will turn out, there might be some surprises in there for you still.

Yeah it will be. Still those who already bought the game supposedly might get a deal when it does come out on Steam!

I'm enjoying this game. My favorite character is Ian since I love 'best-friends become lovers' romance sub-genre
I haven't been able to figure out the details to get either the wedding with Ian or the end-romance with Brad. It took me a long time to figure out how to get Brad an 88 on his paper. -
