The earlier people stop thinking about it, the better. I don't see why people should still have hang ups about porn stars. It's just a job, if not a career for most. Don't people change jobs every few years? So if you have a good looking face, nice body and a big dick, by all means, make porn. When you are tired of it, and the camera still loves you, then make movies, make tv shows. Most ponies have more than one trick! Would you make a big deal out of it on the newspaper, 'previous employee at Sears now works at grocery store', 'ex telemarketing staff now works at finance'? What's really the big deal honestly?

Some? Try everyone. As close as we seem to get, however, is "Reality Star leaks…" and "Famous Actor/Musician/Athlete leaks selfies/video." Fortunately, there are lots of those, and more all the time. You almost cannot be on Big Brother without flaunting it or showing yourself in full action mode.
Anyway, "Ron Ely started out nude modeling for European gay magazines." I found that on the Internet, so you know it has to be true, even though I have been unable to find any such images. No, of course Nudism and nude modeling do NOT equal porn, but I sure would love to see this Tarzan au natural.
As for Simon Rex, he has gone on to being a regular on several television series and has his porn listed among more routine credits at imdb.com. These solo videos no doubt played a major role in making him famous, and perhaps contributed to whatever success he has had.
Interestingly, he has not flaunted his pecs or otherwise featured physical displays to capitalize on his creative wanking and endearingly (corrected outstanding typo: endaringly) adolescent/puerile sex talk. In contrast, look, just Look, at those outstanding Teen Wolf studs wanking away, carried away by their own embodiment of lust-filled critters on the telly.
With the Jonas bros, Zac Efron, Taylor Lautner, and a few other walking phallic monuments relentlessly teasing, maybe some of them will shrug as Bieber seems to have done and just let everyone see everything. Their dicks already are a major part of their appeal, and its not like anyone who matters would be shocked. Betcha they would get more job offers, not fewer.

I know the main focus (of arousal, lol) is on male actors, but I would be remiss in not mentioning Traci Lords, who was a porn superstar, and now turning in some well-received mainstream TV and film work; loved her as the mother in the edgy horror flick, Excision.
