OK, then it comes down to how much you trust him. Do you trust him enough that you think he wouldn't lie and put your health at risk?

Yeah, sex with other people is fine.  Just be safe and don't break their hearts.  Be honest in saying you're in an open relationship.

Okay not reading comments and not judging.

The thing is. For me, if you decide to have bareback with someone you just shouldn't fuck with anybody else. Each person has different opinions. And if you do it with condom with others everything should be quiet ok. But I just personally don't think that's a good idea. If you have unprotected sex with someone - let it be your boyfriend who is set for monogamy relationship and is trustworthy. Sometimes people think that sex is all about having fun. Well sex is a big responsibility and a risk too. Your responsible for each other health. It's all fun until something bad happens. Straight people only worry about child. Well if you have a child you can make it happen or make an abortion. It will be gone though. Disease might not ever be gone.

                  I totally agree.
Don't fuck with him without condom, man. Tests (and people) are not 100% reliable.

Don't take him for his word—even people who have the best intentions can be wrong. There are windows in STI testing where tests may be nonreactive or only slightly reactive. And, you don't know what people are not telling you.

If you really want to have bareback sex, get on PrEP—period. Talk to a doctor and get a prescription. If your insurance doesn't cover it, look into Gilead's Advancing Access coupon program which will give you up to $3,600/year toward copays for PrEP.

You're not a slut; two partners is hardly "sleeping around". Speaking as someone who frequents sex clubs and can have a dozen or more partners in a single night… don't internalize expectations over your pleasure, and don't feel ashamed for pursuing what turns you on. THAT SAID—educate yourself and protect yourself. An entire generation of gay men didn't die for you to not wear a condom and not take PrEP. It's reckless.

How was no one mentioned PrEP so far?

                      https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/prep.html

Wouldn't eliminate risk from STIs other than HIV, but it's as effective as condoms for HIV prevention when taken regularly.
