        @young:

        Secondly the user converted videos. I still dont understand when there are video players like VLC, MPC and others that can play almost any format, why do people need to convert their files to .avi etc. And instead of posting the original there conversion make their way to the internet. Maybe its just in my head that I cant enjoy the video when I am constantly thinking their is a better quality of this video out there.

        A lot of people are trying to "get around" their torrent being deleted for duplicate upload by converting the video to a different format or bit rate, that way the resulting video file is of different size and file type. This way they can upload something real quick to fix their horrible ratio. Yes it does make a big mess unfortunately, and I'm constantly having to go look and compare size of files to check and see what it is I have.

          Even more alarming are the low-res 240p/360p downloads of porn movies that made their way to these tube sites. This also results in the loss of the original title of video and also the name of the actors involved and we see something like "Hot daddy fucks a cute twink" which makes it impossible to search for the video even if you knew the original title and the actors.

          Sadly true, I totally agree with that part.

            We used to approve torrents back in the day, but when you get 200+ uploaded and a small volunteer force it was hard to keep up.  So we now rely on  users to report and be our police.    Were always looking for volunteer help…

              A lot of times if you put the studio name in the description (depending on the studio) I find they are usually deleted a lot faster.

                  I agree with pretty much everything.

                  To me, the worst bits are;

                  1. shit quality videos, compared to the original

                  2. cutting up videos into bits

                    @young:

                    Thirdly poor DVD rips the removal of the DVD category. Same thing I talked about in the previous point. The VOBS have the original quality content which is if not equal in quality, is almost always better than the rips done. Since the removal of DVD category its become difficult to find the original DVDs and but probably lowered the number of new DVDs being uploaded.

                    In the end i'd just wish that there was a moderation system that ensured

                    • studio name
                    • video title
                    • actors
                    • source video (if converted, that should be mentioned)
                    • thumbnails
                    • or something that'd cure my OCD

                    omg totally this, including ocd (i have it too!)
                    why did they remove the dvd section? i think it would have been useful.
                    in this case pornolab is better organized, especially for the title of torrents.

                      Possibly if members took the time to at least say thanks for the torrents members do upload (considering the amount of time it takes to prepare the torrents and upload them), one would think a thank you would be a small payment for the videos .  Having just uploaded 15 HD Videos in the past 5 days, out of all the people who downloaded them only 0.145% of the people who downloaded these videos took the time to say thanks.  For a number of them more pictures where uploaded, thus gaining them seed points and for each of those torrents not one person took the time to say thanks.  Not really encouraging for taking the time to upload more videos.  For me, I plan on continuing to upload my HD videos to the sites where members at least take the time to thank a person for the time taken to upload them.  Maybe if members felt their uploads were appreciated (and I'm talking about thanks not seed bonus points) you would find more HD videos being uploaded. It takes less time to say thanks than it does to whine and rant about the lack of HD videos being uploaded.  For those who consider it a waste of their time to thank an uploader for their torrents, just remember you get back what you give… NOTHING.

                      Think about it! :hmmm:

                      Pleased thank everyone for the time they take to upload torrents for our benefit and Have a great day!!!!!

                        @young:

                        I have been a member of this site for like three years now. When I joined this site it was the best thing I could ask for. I knew it didn't have every video that came out of production but there were many and were more than enough. And seeing the new update from you favourite site being available here was the best thing. But now this site has changed.

                        Though there are updates like before BUT this site is being plagued by people trying to fix their ratio by uploading stuff from tube sites. This results in more homemade content coming here which is not a problem if it is put in homemade category.
