was sicher nicht möglich ist, das ist dass wir dir erlauben die regeln zu brechen!
lies diese doch einfach mal, dann schau nach in deinem Profil, warum du nichts downloaden kannst. Danach bringst du das am besten in Ordnung und wenn du alle Regeln einhälst, wird dir das auch nicht mehr passieren.
Abgesehen davon, enthält die Message die du erhalten hast, auch eine Angabe darüber, wer dich verwarnt hat und bei wem du dich deswegen melden sollst.
Ich glaube nicht dass dir die Message vom "HelpDesk" geschickt wurde!
