It's a bit retarded to compare two general populations because each population's members vary from each other, i.e., there are hot Chinese guys and there are ugly Chinese guys. It also doesn't help that some Filipinos have Chinese blood in them, and therefore looks like Chinese.

Chinese over Filipino any day… Well, I love Filipino too.. I have filipino boyfriends as well as Chinesse. I guess I'm lucky to have both kind. haha

As a Korean, I tend to go for people similar to my appearance so I think I'd prefer Chinese people.

Highly depending on the person. There are some Chinese who would make me swoon me easily, but the same when it comes to Filipino. But in some cases, people from either race can easily turn me off as well. So it's not about a specific race, but about the personality and appearance of said person that matter for me.
A mixed race of both generally looks amazing though.
