I'm not Spanish, but I used to listen to Belinda when I was younger. ::)
To be fair she's a great song-writer with a pretty voice.. her older music is more mature as well.

I like the early Shakira Spanish songs like Inevitable and Ojos Asi. Also, Nelly Furtado's Fantasmas from her Mi Plan album is very good.
