Hopefully the lefties will learn that it's strong policy and not identity politics that really matter.

Hillary's entire campaign consisted of stealing Bernie's ideas and saying how she wasn't Trump…oh, and insulting anyone who disagreed with her, all while hypocritically calling out Trump for the same thing.
Zero charisma, that woman. I mean, she made it so Trump, of all people won. That's pretty bad.

Trump didn't have strong policy.  He just made up lies to get votes.

At least Trump never said that women are the real victims of war because men go off to fight.

Yeah, this is all relevant because Hillary Rodham Clinton is president right now. You people are impossible.

                policy doesn't matter.

                mostly.

Trump's healthcare plan is horrible and most of his supporters rely on obamacare, the wall will be paid by Americans and the usefulness of it isn't really certain, Trump is cutting public spending etc. identity politics matter. A lot.

                  How so?

She is a public political figure so we can talk about her.

Hillary has no policy other than to fund guilty-free abortions on demand up until the very day of delivery.
Her ads were almost entirely attacks upon Trump.  It's ironic that Obama's husband Michael kept using the line "when they go low, we go HIGH!" when in fact, Hillary kept going lower and lower.

Well, Trump has, at best, a slim grasp on things like facts and reality. He is Humpty-Dumpty from the Alice books: things mean exactly what he says they mean, no matter how that might square with the real world. Of course, within less than a minute he can be contradicting what he just said. Hillary had  real policy statements, altho perhaps not so much in her ads; Trump had soundbites, at best. Trump is a dangerously evil person.

Also, face it: Hillary won the vote by a large margin. Trump won the Republican gerrymandering.
