(Look for the smaller toolbar on this page- the grey one under the search bar, NOT the blue banner one at the top of the page. Click on Profile, and then look for the Modify Profile box that will be on the left once you click. From there you can add a pic for your avatar)If I didn't explain it clearly, ask the kind mods for help- that worked for me.
