If you're looking for painless removal, it's either careful wet shaving with razor or hair removal cream (Veet, Nair). Electric shaving is also painless but the results are short-lasting.

Like many had said above, hair removal creams are good and cheap/affordable options for self use. They work nicely for armpits, chest, legs, and many others area.
But, as DicksAreFun said, using it on genital areas (which has more sensitive skins) might bring some unwanted side effects. I can vouch for that due to, uhm, personal experience. The same thing with razors if you're using the proper one. Of course, each person's skin quality is different, so not everyone will get this effects. Perhaps you'll be okay with it? Only you can tell about it.
If you have extra money, perhaps you can go to a professional waxing salon/service. They know how to do it properly.

It depends on one's skin. I never had any problems. Based on that, I smugly say I have balls of steel. :cool2:
