Yep just like you said it they feel different one can be tighter another can be loose one can mold nicely around your dick others are easy to get into some are too hard to get into and so on
and the sensation is even more different when not using condom because then you feel other types of differences but of course that doesn't happen easily as you should always use a condom with people you don't know and trust -
All penises feel different so yes, asses are no exceptions
