注册时用了vpn怎么办

问下大大们吼，我在大陆，注册本站时用了vpn，当时ip应该是台湾的，查自己的资料Announce Url就是.tw的域名，前几天用utorrent上传下载也很正常，今天发现好多任务迟迟不见动静，不知是否和注册ip和使用ip不一致有关系。这种情况该怎么办呢？
