:afr: Psychological Horror: Session 9, Sybil, The Shining, Jacob's Ladder
Supernatural Horror: The Exorcist, Let the Right One In, The Ring, Angel Heart, Carrie (1976 original)
:crazy2: Slasher Horror: Psycho (original Hitchcock), Scream (first one), Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974 original)
Horror/Sci-Fi: Alien, Event Horizon, The Thing (1982 original), The Fly (1986 remake) -
Event horizon originally but watching it again… there's probably scarier.
Favorite bad horror movie would be puppet master 1 or 3.

The Shining for me too. Scared the fuck out of me the first time I watched it :afraid2: :afraid2:

Its hard to choose. With so many sub-genres, my 'best' zombie film is no more 'best' than my favourite psychological or slasher.
Even when i place movies in the same genre: - i can't choose arachnophobia over jaws or vice versa.
The best thing i can do is say i like zombie/rage movies the best.
I'm really looking forward to World War Z 2, scheduled for release this year. :cheesy2: -

This is tough. I'd say 'The Fly', the Cronenberg version. This was the first film I saw with THX. It left me in a puddle of sweat. Then again, there's 'The Devil's Rejects'. Uh, this sucker is nasty. "I am the Devil!"
