Tea room to become coffee shop?

The underground toilets in the Bigg Market in Newcastle on Tyne (which feature in a voyeur video which has appeared more than once on this site!) have alas been closed for several years, possibly because of its fame as a cottage :). The city council are now inviting applications to turn the site into a coffee shop!! :cheesy2:

This is happening all over the UK. Council owned public toilets are disappearing everywhere.

I don't know what "council public toilets" are, but public toilets are closed here as well and the reason are migrants / homeless people.
They even removed bank so you can't sleep in the town , they modified lost of places so you can't sit. If someone is begging for money they voted new laws so the cops come and throw them away in 15 minutes. -
