Yes that is true however keep in mind that the type of bacteria that are supposed to live in you colon are very different to the type that are in your throat.

Hell there is even a difference between the intestine and the colon.

Mammal's digestive system is designed to take in relatively huge amounts of food, which is always a result of another living being's life cycle. As you can imagine, it is filled with different kinds of unpredictable microorganisms, primarily bacteria and their countless strains. A sloppy dick isn't the worst thing in this scenario, really.

I'm not Dr but I am pretty sure that I am much safer kissing someone than dining on the contents of their anus. Evolutionary respsonses don't happen without reason.
