Download rights have been taken! Help

My download rights have been taken and it says i can upload new files to help my ratio. I uploaded 7 files and all files are seeding currently but my ratio has yet to go up…can anyone explain why? and how to increase my ratio?

I would just give it time. Your ratio is now above the minimum you need so you should get your rights back soon.
Meanwhile keep things seeding, give yourself some leeway. The tracker should catch up soon.
