Depending on the game either Alistar in DAO or Cullen in DAI, Cullen if I can only have one

I had a female char, so i went with the innocent Alistair (it's almost cute when he tells you he's virgin)
if i had made a male char i would have gone for the sexy elf (can't remember his name)

for DAO i'd say Alistair. my Warden ended up marrying his royal sweetness and became the Warrior Queen of Fereldon. in DA2 Anders…misguided, but come on, he was fighting w/ the spirit of vengenance. and in DAI i will say either Dorian or Cullen. but i will say, as sweet and awesome as the romance with Dorian is...the romance with Cullen...ESPECIALLY if your a mage...so so SOOOOOOOO sweet!

I've only played DA2, so my choice would be Fenris. His sex scene is also incredibly hot. :love:
