I love how this one person the minute I post something gives me a thumbs down. Instead of just leaving a thumbs down why not explain why my posts seem to irritate you so much instead of lurking in the shadows.

leenie, I did see that pastor last night…he is a nut.

As for the thumbs down, I don't know if they can be traced. But why doesn't he just avoid your posts in the first place.

Some people aren't happy unless they are putting other, more useful, people down

I never will accuse someone of something without proof but I do recall the person (who also was online when I posted this thread) but the minute I asked why the thumbs down they logged out of GT. Coincidence? Perhaps but…..... :crazy2:

I also emailed the Mods to see if they have could answer the question.

As for the pastor, a friend on another site posted a FB link to the actual sermon. Sadly it doesn't seem to working just now

I'm not even gonna attempt to speculate the pastor has some pretty deep internalized homophobia.

Problem with these nutjobs is that they have a flock of blind sheep that actually swallow the crap they say.

But I bet that when the time comes that paster is gonna have the flames up in his own ass for all eternity.

(I mean, isn't all this hate crap equivalent to uber-super-hyper-megalomaniacal pride, which is one of the 7 deadly sins? Is practically stating you're pure while others aren't and taking your admitance to Heaven for granted)

I don't know what was said, but we don't allow "name 'n shame" posts.

Sadly, I've spent ages looking into it and there is no current way to know who is giving the thumbs down. This person is a coward. He should speak up and say why he doesn't like your posts or you personally.

I don't think we were naming and shaming, just commenting.

In leeniedo's case he had been given 92 thumbs down and one person had clicked 89 times. So we just assumed he did the negative clicking. And wondering why someone would bother doing that without explanation.

I don't even know how to thumbs up or down. But if thumbs down cause that much hurt feelings on these posts, maybe it's best I don't cause I'd give a few.
I wouldn't get so worked up over someone disagreeing, it's gonna happen in life. A lot.

And that Pastor wouldn't know Jesus if he came up to him and said hi.
