I see nothing wrong with this. Besides, children watch TV as well and they don't need to look at men's crotch. It's about the sport, not about measuring bulge size like a typical size queen.

Not sure what a size queen has to do with it. Also dont see why it needs to be blocked for children do they not go to the beach/pool as well? There is nothing pornographic about it. Like the article states this looks more like soft core porn then if it wasn't blocked.
I am not a fan of anything thing blocking the TV screen. Be it the logo of the TV station or the tickers that run at the bottom.

They do this every year. The scoring for every event is always along the bottom of the screen. Its not really a censorship thing as you can see in some of the photos people's crutches or butts are not covered by it.
