        A rather insulting amount for their humiliation

        They are a good looking couple, they could easily be mistaken as brothers

          I agree that the gift card amount was just as much an insult.

          I thought the same thing that they look like they could pass for brothers. If they stay together a long time they will start to resemble identical twins.

              So Sainsbury's agrees they were at fault but you still side with the security guard? I'm assuming there was CCTV footage and that is why they are agreeing.

              A Sainsbury’s spokesperson said the company was taking full responsibility for the incident.
