Shaving
-
how do you guys go about shaving? I hate body hair, but shaving it all takes forever, and the last time i shaved my pubic area i ended up irritating my skin and it was an awful experience, and then to top it all off it grows back super fast…
HELP PLEASE -
I use an electric "body groomer", not shaving except my face.
HOWEVER, the general principles of shaving always apply. It's best to do in the shower, after at least 5 minutes so the hair is soft. Use a sharp blade and good shave lotion. Don't use cheap products because that will make you break out.

Just a little trim and done.

HELP PLEASEThere's no cure. Sometimes a hairy body feels like a curse but then again it is what protects you. I've been told not to shave because body hair is just an adaptation to protect my skin but I don't give a hell about it. I do what I like. I like smooth body that my partners can enjoy and so I shave it all.
Sometimes it does get a bit frustrating when all your efforts for 4-5 hours of shaving the entire thing off lasts just for a day but I try to get the most of it in that one day…

If you have a lighter skin tone unlike me you can go in for laser hair removal. I bet that would cost a fortune but if you want your hair to be out of the scene for max, try waxing - Brazillian wax.

luckily I'm pretty smooth as I hate shaving myself and don't like body hair on me… I use to shave downstairs but as what you said it got irritating and it grows back quick and I don't like the inbetweener phase... so now I usually just trim

Shaving is always awful and uncomfortable for me wherever I do it, so I recommend you just use a trimmer on the lowest setting. I have one specifically designed for scruff, and it gets rid of most of the hair while being completely irritation-free.
