              what I eat is beef, chicken, eggs, fish and hummus but Im sort of tired of eating the same. I guess It's all about the spices you add.

                  The cheapest is whey protein isolate. Yes, the supplement. It might sound expensive, but you get highest amount of protein per dollar from it.

                    Protein powder - Gives the highest intake of protein per take.  To save money don't focus on brands, focus on the protein per serving.

                    Eggs - The yolk has important aminoacids and nutrients so don't waste it.

                    Beans - Kidney, black, pinto, flor de mayo.

                    Canned Tuna - Depends on the brand, check the protein per portion.  Good quality canned tuna is made into 'flakes' not a pulp.

                    Chicken - Thighs and drumsticks for a cheap alternative.  Chicken breast is also fine but a little pricey.

                        I am a big fan of tofu since it's loaded with protein and very low in fat.  You can buy blocks of tofu or get soy milk.  Cooking with tofu is super easy, since it has no natural flavor on it's own it can be marinaded in many different sauces.  Recently I traded out my coffee creamer for soy milk recently and really love it.

                        Lean beef, fish, greek yogurt, and legumes (peanuts, beans, lentils, peas) are also great options for variety

                          Last year I was surprised to find out that Shrimp has a pretty good amount of protein:

Although the serving size of the breaded and fried shrimp available in fast food restaurants is about 5.8 ounces, its protein content is only 12.86 grams, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database.

                          THIS is 3 ounces of shrimp:

                          I could inhale twice that amount in 5-7 minutes, and it would be very close to eating a 6oz steak (which has 38-42 grams of protein).

                              Semen contains both albumin (a protein structure) and free amino acids. The proteins come from the prostate, whereas the amino acids come from the seminal vesicles. A review of several studies found the average amount to be 5040mg/100mL, whereas albumin made up 1550mg of the 5040mg. Although an overall percentage is impossible to calculate due to varying specific gravities of semen and protein content, it is close to 50% protein by weight.

                                I tried surviving on hard boiled eggs and tuna for three months before, haha.  I got thin for a while then.
