I have seen his motorcade in action. Believe it or not he sat in front of me when I saw Hamilton on Broadway the first time. Security was/is amazing. Everyone had to go through airport like security at the theatre. Had to be there an hour prior to the show. They then closed the street while his car was pulling up to the theatre and no one was allowed in or out of any of the other theatres on the street until he was in the building.
On a lighter note. Manhunt.com reached out to the guy on the bike.
