Not even close!Ā  šŸ˜‰ They should decriminalize homosexuality first (Although I have to say the law has not been enforced in a long time)Ā  šŸ˜‰

In Croatia we have a law on life partnerships where almost all the rights are equal to those of heterosexual couples -Ā  but it can't be called "marriage" because of conservative referendum which took place in 2013 that enrolled in the Constitution that marriage is union between a man and a woman. There is no possibility of adopting a child. And things in everyday life are far from being ideal.

Not at all in Indonesia. Homosexuality is tolerable to a very lesser extent, but for marriage privilege… no. That's not gonna happen anytime soon. We are also not allowed to adopt children ::)

nope and franklyĀ  for me personally there are far more important issues to tackle in my book
i get angry when the government of this nation talks about having Same-sex marriage plebiscite
that's 600 Million dollars AUS that can be spent in other areas far more important.

Australia is unlike the US , we already have firm laws that protect all its citizens , even before US legalised same sex marriage we had and still do have a lot of laws protecting defacto relationshipsĀ  that includes gays.
so the horror stories you hear about one partner dying , making the other homeless, doesnt happen over here.

if people want to have a civil marriage , then just make it law get it over and done with , just don't waste money on this nonsensical issue that only benefits a privileged few.

marriage , be it same sex or otherwise has never had aĀ  trickle down effect for anyones rights. as an institution its based on unequal rights anyway,by its very nature its "we have rights afforded above yours".
to say it can have an effect on other areasĀ  is like using the failed statement and excuse that giving the upper elite more tax cuts means that wealth trickles down , that is bullshit , same as the bullshit that same sex marriage will be the panacea for all issues that non heterosexuals face.

Yes - Belgium here. But it might be difficult to marry a foreigner, especially a non-EU one.

If I understand the legalities corerctly it's actually illegal not to perform "gay" marriage here. (Though we just call it "marriage" regardless of genders now). A priest would have the right to refuse on personal grounds but the church itself cannot deny it, they'd have to call in another priest. šŸ˜›
At least that goes for the state churches. Personally I wouldn't set foot in one, there are plenty of other religions or civil marriages that are the exact same in the judicial sense and you're still married. Just not in a building symbolic of thousands of years of oppression..
Well, my view anyways. No offense intended.

For the glory of The Star Empire.

in Mauritius, gay marriage is not legal. my country is way backwards in terms of lgbt rights. the last gay pride was marked by radical islamists counter demonstrating to share their hate and ignorance - i guess inspired by that piece of trash called quran. disgusting quranimals.
