I've had a few experiences playing with straight friends, and my answer would be: patiently, respectfully, consensually, and also not desperately. Now, you may argue that they may not be so straight after all, for which I'll agree and even resort to what Dr. Kinsey has asserted – that most people fall in the widest array of being some sort of bisexual in their own kind of way (which thing would be explored more if not for cultural, political, and religious boundaries). Anyway...

The common scenario for me was simply us getting a good buzz (no, don't ruffie them), and/or just getting 'em horny by simply talking about sex. Guys love talking about sex(!), esp. when their guards are down. We've talked about things we've done and things we want to try… then it just goes there, lol. At times, we've talked about and watched porn, then we start jacking ourselves off... and then each other, then etc. These are stories I've heard a hundred times among childhood friends, cousins, classmates, etc.

Some of these friends have long been married, and we still joke about it sometimes. There's no one, specific way or answer for you, as there's no one, technical way to win someone or get someone to do something for you.
