不用迅雷还可以用什么工具下载呢？

我的号被封了一段时间，不知道为什么，给管理员发了个邮件后恢复了，收到个信息说不要用迅雷，我之前真的不知道用迅雷会对别的用户造成损失，而且我下完了都会点上传的。但我确实不知道怎么做种。
那请问版主，现在可以用什么软件下载，怎么做种？？？ -
我个人建议用utorrent. 现在它也支持苹果机Mac的操作系统。推荐用它有两个原因，一是下载速度也很快的同时，上传速度是同类软件中最快的。二是大部份的管理员都在用它，所以有问题的话比较好给建议。当然它是完全免费的软件。
hxxp://www.utorrent.com， 下载最新的1.8.3版，如果想用中文版的，下载它们的语言包，放在安装的文件夹里就可以了。
