And that is all, comparing murder porn to something like Saw is losing all the subtext… the thing with other erotic fetishes is they do not KILL someone, so whatever... the thing with snuff be it real or fake is that the rules in here clearly forbid it, and for whatever reason right now fake is allowed. And yeah it might feel like me acting as your parent maybe you need it. Maybe sometimes someone needs to tell people where the limit is, maybe someone who already saw people die in this context... ever thinked about that, about that this actually happens? Ever cared about the family of the boy beaten up, remember the death faces... of the last years, because I do and that is why this besides disturbing is offensive.

shirtless hot guys walking around and being killed… I just suggest you to watch the TV Show ''The Fall'' with Jami Dornan and tell me if you still think it doesn't sexualize killing... -
David Decoteau isn't mainstream. His movies are niche, at best.
I haven't seen "The Fall". HOWEVER, even if you are right about that, it's only one of millions of mainstream tv/movies. Sex in a show/movie where death is part of the plot doesn't mean that death is sexualized.

Having killing as the central focus, and only real selling point, of material that is meant to sexually stimulate and nothing else, is OBVIOUSLY very very dubious indeed … How you could argue against that sensibly is beyond me !!! ... I have not seen any of the films so I cannot comment on anything but the concept ... And the concept IS dangerous ... Theres no way around it ... I don't believe in censorship but I'm amazed whoever is making this stuff hasn't had a visit from the authorities ... I don't know ... Perhaps its so bad its funny, I don't want to watch any of it to find out ... But anyone who gets off on watching people get killed ( fake or not ) has issues that are going to lead to trouble ( accidentally or not ) or mental problems in later life, if their interest has been brought on by childhood experiences in wartime or something similar

The "acting" in BestDeaths is sooooo bad that it's more comical that anything else. This why we allow it. If the acting were better, we might consider banning it.

Dear admin, you & other moderator have explained that countless times, dont you think it's time to lock this thread as the OP was answered , still they seem to repeat themselves again and again, not reading what was previously said..? ( just my 2cents..).. Besides if the point is to discuss "snuff" movies then there are special thread about it like this one : https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=38933.0 , as this thread is about "bestdeaths" not snuff in general.

@gaypraha2: While I completely understand your point of view on the subject, there technically has not been any breach of the rules by this topic continuing to grow. As a general rule, we only lock threads when there's a breach of the rules. This gives all users a fair chance to reply to just about every thread that has ever been, with some exceptions.
As I was writing this, I just thought of a great suggestion for the site features and requests section… In the forum software, there is an option to ignore certain forum boards. Wouldn't it be great if there were a way to be able to click on an individual forum thread, then when discovering that it's not a thread that you're interested in, click a button somewhere to make that entire thread just disappear to you?
On that note, wouldn't it be great if when you decide that you no longer wish to see any content posted by a particular user, you could click a little button somewhere in the post (like in the bottom corner) to mute all forum posts from that user? This would add an extra layer of privacy for some users who just do not want to hear from a particular user anywhere in the forum, rather than having to ignore the entire forum thread.

Best Deaths follow ALL legal requirements of the EU, US and Canada. I'm sure they are fine in many other countries as well.
The "acting" in their videos are so bad that it's more comical than anything else. Dead people do not get erections and orgasms, nor do they make "cum faces".
Based on this, we will not be removing their videos, unless something drastic changes.
