Well if you're looking for dating sims with cgi adult scenes there is super health club, coming out on top, and bacchikoi among others; I'd recommend extracurricular activities too (it's in development the updates are usually posted here no adult cgi for this one as yet) There is also the anime games category you could dig through on here

In that case you should definitely look into Super Heathclub and Manful (humplex arcade)! I know you can find manful on here but SHC I'm not sure about. There was an expansion for Bacchoki and a comic called "homerun" that should be on here somewhere too if you have not gotten to them yet you'll like them.
