So…. Partnered for 11 years and always open about sex, although found out after 6 years together has been meeting on the side without saying anything.... problem I face is the whole trust thing is gone I think and not sure if I stay or go....

After 11 years this person must be important in your life. Ask him why he couldn't tell you and try to understand what he is saying. It is very important to talk to each other.
