it was "friend's hunky dad", meaning a parent of your friend/best friend. Not friends of your dad. I never knew any either, the same situation, though my dad still lives. Sorry for you loss. But I think there are a lot of guys who actually had that thought for a second when they were chilling at their friend's house and then there was this dad wandering around the house in only his speedos or going to balcony for a little sunbathing

first of all, 32 I would't classify you as an older guy and wouldn't be creeped out if someone your age would come up to me. I personally consider older guys those who are actually old enough to be my dad.

I've been in both positions (pun intended) :D. When I was younger, I mostly dated men/woman older than me. There's a certain "swag" and sexiness I found hot. It's like an almost cockiness that's not annoying. For me (younger and older now), I was attracted to someone who took care of themselves, cared about their appearance, were confident within themselves, and a good human being. As I've gotten older (I'm 40), I've met younger guys online and in person who are really into me. I think I've adopted the qualities I have always been attracted to.
At 32 (or any age), don't even stress it. Love yourself and enjoy the ride.
