Condiciones para Freeleech

Ahora que por fin me habia decidido a subir unos torrent queria celebrarlo y ponerlos en freeleech un poco, pero no me aparece la opcion.
Imagino que es porque son recientes o algo así, en torrents recientes de otros tampoco me deja ponerlo.Alguien sabe que condiciones tienen que tener los torrent para ponerlos en freeleech?

You can't make torrents freeleech until they are at least a week old
