Yes that is true however keep in mind that the type of bacteria that are supposed to live in you colon are very different to the type that are in your throat.Hell there is even a difference between the intestine and the colon.

There's no need to. While colon is, indeed, susceptible to a number of bacteria, including the ones that are usually found in mouth, the latter, however, is much less so. Mammal's digestive system is designed to take in relatively huge amounts of food, which is always a result of another living being's life cycle. As you can imagine, it is filled with different kinds of unpredictable microorganisms, primarily bacteria and their countless strains. A sloppy dick isn't the worst thing in this scenario, really.
