Tongue scraping is really important. But definitely don't go for insta-whitening that's extremely harmful for the enamel.

I try to use dental floss, everytime I brush my teeth.

brushing twice a day, cleaning tongue because if not then you may have bad breadth, flossing if you eat meat, mouth wash would be good too

Also, only semi-related, but I have heard that it's not a great idea to floss to soon before sexual activity.  I think the idea is that it could create little cuts in your mouth

Brush twice a day, floss daily, whitening,.. I love to keep my pearly whites, totally white.

i brush morning and before bed, but in the evening i also floss and use mouthwash. i bet one could totally do it all both times but feels like such a waste when you have coffee like 20 mins later lol

If you want to avoid the sludge you have to use dental floss! Scaling and sandblasting every six months is very good idea. In addition, I recommend whitening with led lamp once a year (or two).
