Torrent disappeared
-
I think it is probably safe to say it has been deleted. We will probably never know why and you will probably never be able to complete it :cry2:
-
Happened to me a few days ago. I was so close in finishing it. I hate when that happens and I want to know why

-
Likely DMCA takedown which occurs immediately after confirmation.
Duplicates however, we allow to finish seeding before removing.
And no, policy is not going to be changed on this. . . .
-
Strange, it didn't look like DMCA related, it was more something like a home-made video.
pity

I've looked through the Log, and no such torrent was uploaded the last two weeks. The DMCA takedowns seems not to have something like that either…
So remain two possibilities:
a) Older duplicate deleted when no downloading peer were present (shouldn't be the case if you were downloading 24/7)
b) Torrent from another tracker (that should be possible to see with the tracker URL in your client)

Hi Popper,
thx for your reply.
It's strange because the only tracker URL for that file is
http://tracker.gaytorrent.tw:2710/[my_announce_d]/announceThat torrent should have been tagged as freeleech on 2015/12/29, with currently 4 peers and 0 seeds.
::)An example picture of the file is attached.

So b) can be excluded. I've searched again and can't find a trace of it.
Can you look at the lower µTorrent window part with the torrent details, the Trackers tab, the line with that URL, what does it say in the "Status" column?
-
I have a non english version of uTorrent, however the meaning of that field is "active/working" with an update freq of 30min.
The torrent file is attached herein (remove the txt extension).
