Some days ago I have saw an intriguing device for deep throating but all my attempts to find it were not successful. May be you know what exactly it is or where can I buy it (see here: http://www.xtube.com/album.php?s=A5DWTtVfL6S )?

It looks a lot like he's got the flesh piece of a fleshlight down his throat. You can take out the inside of one for cleaning, and the piece that's in his mouth isn't as large around as the casing makes it look. Could still be something else, that's just what it looks like at first glance though.
