There's something similar you can download. You move to each level by rubbing a guy in the gym shower in the right ways. It's pretty silly, but good for a few minutes of distraction. Sadly there are now virtual penises (unless they're in the later levels). http://radiatoryang.itch.io/rinseandrepeat

already bought it and played it.
the only thing I don't like about the game is that it's way too pixelated lol.
but steam can't show more so yeah.
