It's only a mini-series, but the Swedish Torka Aldrig Tårar Utan Handskar (Never Wipe Tears) is really, really good, albeit sad. There are several good rips of it here on gaytorrent.

Besides the previously mentioned series (except for Queer as Folk, I kinda loathe that series with the passion of 1000 suns
)"Outland" is a fun one :-D, its a series from New Zealand about a gay science fiction fan group.
….I hesitate to add this one, just in case somebody wants to kill me for suggesting it, but you can also check out "Normal, Ohio". That one is good in the "Jesus Henry Christ you mean actual adults made this?!?" (aka "So Bad It's Good"). Just seeing a post-Rosanne John Goodman playing gay is worth the price of admission!
"Love Stage" is a cute one, if you are interested in the Yaoi/Anime genre (it's subtitled, but hey, I like subs
). Other's in this genre are "Antique Bakery" (love!), "Junjou Romantica" and "Sekaiichi Hatsukoi"
