When I first started experimenting, I certainly did…..
I always came away after a sexual experience feeling guilty and almost disgusted.I am much older and far more secure with myself and who I am these days, and as such I don't suffer the same feelings of guilt.

I'd say this is very much OPs problem. We all see a hot guy to hookup with and it feels fantastic right until we cum, then it's like "who is this guy what am i doing here omg" and it's easily avoided: just get to know who you're seeing!
