It's one of my biggest fears.

Trump will do whatever is best for Trump.  In order to reverse gay marriage, President Trump would need to appoint conservative justices to the Supreme Court to replace retiring liberal justices.

Nope. Even if he did try to (which he won't), it wouldn't happen. You have nothing to worry about. ;D

Trump's main focus has seemed to be the economy and not much else. I started following Ann Coulter a bit, and I think Trump is somewhat similar in opinion on gay marriage as her, which is to say that it seems like something that isn't even worth arguing over as there's plenty else to work on.

No.  He is actually gay-friendly.  He is fairly liberal on some social issues.

It's cute and hilarious that anyone actually thought in any way that it was actually even likely he'd be nominated, much less win.

And Ann Coulter? She's lucky her agent apparently gives good BJs, there's literally no other reason why she's still anything anyone ever talks about.

Seriously. Maybe do some reading about what the president's role and powers are…to say nothing about sensationalistic 'campaigns'. Trump failed at running a casino and he's declared bankruptcy multiple times through his own incompetence. If, by some miracle, he should actually manage to achieve the office of president – which he won't -- there would be far more serious issues, obviously, than his hilarious sham of a presidency.

It would take a constitutional amendment to overturn the SCOTUS ruling in favor of marriage equality. Constitutional amendments are very difficult to pass.

**Decisions made by the U.S. Supreme Court can be only overturned by either a constitutional amendment or by a future U.S. Supreme Court decision.

For a Constitutional Amendment, it will requires a vote from two-thirds of the states to agree to overturned the decision (which is 34 states).**

President has no say in the matter except by his vote.

No one is touching gay marriage, that ship has sailed, the world didn't end, Jesus didn't come down from heaven with an AK-47 and kill the heathens. There will be issues related to "religious freedom" a la Kim Davis, but gay marriage is here to stay.
