Many younger guys haven't had enough experience in regular sex to try fetishes, usually.

I would think it might have something to do with a lack of experience, or a lack of being exposed to fetish type of things.

I am 22. Rather experience for someone my age and I've found that the curiosity is out there. While I am not into it myself, I have chatted with plenty of others close to my age who are into it. I usually find out about the curiosity after discussing my own fetishes / kinks and or by asking them about theirs.

24 here. fisting stigma is a thing–i find younger guys hide their interest in it for fear of appearing too "loose"/depraved. and there's definitely a barrier for entry here re: experience/adventurousness. still...try asking? most younger guys i've talked to are interested in giving if not receiving.

It's been my experience, at least here in Chile, that younger guys are into many things though you have to get them talking about it. Older guys let you know up front, the younger ones are not so open. I have 1 here that's 24 and loves it and another 23 that is interested in being opened up

Same in my neck of the woods. Most guys in my age range (24, 25) usually have a fetish or two they want to try in the sac, but keep quiet about it if they don't aligned with more…"traditional" bed activities. I think a lot of the guys I know consider it too extreme, mostly for what Arx said:

Though I think they fear being "too loose" in the literal sense. I've talked about it with some guys before and get the sense they think once you do something like fisting there's no going back for your hole.
