like it honestly varies! sometimes when you're home alone and in the mood you can squeeze in like four-five times in a day (i think that's my limit tho, kinda gets too sensitive after that lol) and other days it's just that one time before bed ^^

Depends on a day really. If I'm on my feet all day I can just rub one out before bed. If it's a rainy Sunday, and no one hot near me wants to fuck, it can go up to 7 times or so. Mastrubation in general does not harm you, but you should try to do it without porn every once in while. It keeps your imagination fresh and in shape, so that real life sex is not boring compared to porn. ( you do not get a third person view while fucking)
