A friend whose opinion I respect said "It's not a movie, it's torture" but was reviewing it in a positive manner when saying this. I am intrigued due to his recommendation.

The Oh Father video remains my favourite Fincher work until watching.

The book and film are equally brilliant. Amy Dunne is one of my favourite characters of recent years.

Anyway, may people, professional and general audience think that he is a handsome face actor who actually can't act. For me, his performance in Gone Girl enough as a redemption for all his bad acting all this time. Best performance so far as an actor.

I've never read the book, but the movie is brilliant. Amy was smart as her plan was flawless. She was smarter when she could find a way out when things didn't go as planned. After I watched the movie, I had only one thing to say

"Ben, if you seek Amy!!!"
