I agree that men spanked on film is sadly extremely rare. That said, you need to qualify whether you are referring to M/M, F/M or whatnot. I will never discuss children being spanked for obvious reasons (and my complete lack of interest) - but that has been far more common in cinema throughout the years.. Here are just a few of my favorite examples with pics to follow:
The most obvious and erotic F/M that I can think of was the STUNNING for his day, Paul Mercurio, being paddled naked with a hair brush in "Exit to Eden" (1994). Bubble butts don't get any bigger and more gravity defying than this - and he was just a gorgeous hunk all the way around. The movie is terrible by most accounts but Paul showed so much flesh and ass - you couldn't stop watching.. Straight, married with children Paul was very accomplished Australian ballet dancer before his rather short stint in acting. His body was pretty much jaw-dropping - the legs and huge ass in particular.
M/M - "Getting Lucky" (1990) starred the cute little stud Steven Cooke who a one point is paddled in the principal's office. Another terrible film that was only mildly comedic but worth a watch for this scene anyway..
M/M - "The Toilers and the Wayfarers" (1996) is a German/English language indie film in which the drop-dead-gorgeous, muscular, blond actor, Matt Klemp, is at one point taken over his father's knee for a VERY realistic bare-bottomed hand spanking that has to be seen to be believed. Oh, he is shirtless as well. In fact, Matt is often nude throughout the film and while the actor is straight, he plays a gay teen in this "coming of age" film.
