I often wondered how many times do other people masturbate per day. I do masturbate 5-7 times per day. I really don't know if that is just too much. What should be the right number of masturbation per day? Share your thoughts! :dick:

I think I read somewhere that you can masturbate as much as you want as long as you don't hurt yourself (and have enough energy, obviously).
While I'm having a hard time believing people who say that they either masturbate or have sex once a week, I also have to agree that 5~7 times each day seems a bit excessive.
I usually go for it once a day or once every two days. Sometimes more if I have nothing to do whole day and no better ideas, and sometimes I unintentionally hold off for over a week until I realize how stressed out I am because of it, but both of these happen really rarely.
I think the time length is also really important. If I do it only for 5 mins, there's no actual psychological effect in terms of sexual release, so it's as if I didn't do it at all. When I do it for 4 hours… I'm usually relaxed for the next couple of days

varies quite a bit for me too, rarely goes a day without it though. anything from one to like four times in a day i would say.
how ever: the right amount is all about what feels right and good to you! as long as your not sacrificing relationships or economic stability to do it, then do just the amount of times that feels nice lol :ok2:
